This place is a gem, there is no doubt. Walking distance to Cabo is 5 minutes. Maita, who is the owner, was so sweet and helpful, she made our stay even better, what a lovely person. I'm so glad we had the privilege to meet and converse with Maita'! We were looking for a place that was clean and cheap as we were having dental work done in Cabo and had scheduled outings to keep us busy throughout our stay. But it was nice to come back to a clean well manicured location. Of course the price is unbeatable for what you are getting. The room was very clean. Loved the cultural Mexican style incorporated into the room decor. It's a small hotel, which I love. Maybe 12 rooms in all. We stayed at a resort in Cabo but enjoyed this hotel much better. We highly recommend Norman Diego's The Mexican Inn! I hope they are in business for a long long time!

This place is darling and the prices are amazing. The rooms are clean, the showers are hot and the courtyard is lush and inviting. We enjoy sitting under the new palapa and enjoying the water features and plants. Michelle runs this place with perfection and is a very kind host. The location is very walkable to our favorite stores and restaurants. This place is a hidden gem!

The Mexican Inn is absolutely adorable place to stay in downtown Cabo San Lucas. So clean and quiet! Many authentic good restaurants in walking distance. Marina not too far. Alex at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcomed. Excellent customer service! Jovita cooked delicious breakfast for us. If you are looking quiet, clean, budget friendly place to stay in downtown area this is the place! Highly recommend!

We were very pleasantly surprised by this cute, very affordable little place. Were greeted by Michelle , who was very friendly and offered an inner court yard room if we were concerned about the noise from the street, but we wanted the 2 Queen beds and it was fine. Firm beds - but comfortable- very clean room and would recommend for anyone on a budget. 5 min. Walk to the Marina.

We stayed here two nights. The style of the B&B is very quaint. The colors and courtyard plants, fountains, and lights are very nice. The two young girls that are there are very accommodating. They remembered what I did and did not like for breakfast and had it ready when we were ready to eat. Very personable and kind. Our room was clean and tidy. We had AC and a ceiling fan. The location is good and there are lots of restaurants within quick walking distance. Only two draw backs: you can’t flush TP and no pool. But the price and included breakfast, atmosphere, and attentive employees are 5 star level.

I stayed here for New Years. The hotel may be small but extremely clean, quite and beautiful - all in the unique Mexican style. The garden in the middle with fountain is especially nice. The service was great, the rooms were clean, the garden was relaxing. What else can you ask for from a hotel in Cabo to complete an amazing trip?

If you're staying in the room closest to the road, I feel for you. The street is actually very busy during the night for some reason, so it is very noisy. However, it is a really central hotel, very clean and beautiful. The rooms are perfect and beautifully decorated. We stayed here for a second time and specifically asked for a farther room that is not on the street and it was sooo much better. There is parking in the street infront of the hotel. Breakfast is also available if you'd want. They were pet friendly before, but are not anymore.

The room was gorgeous, especially the furniture. They were clean too.
